My heart is overflowing. My cup of joy is full. With the love and blessings of my children. A precious gift from you. I will treasure this most precious gift to lifes end. Thank you for my children. A most precious gift O' Lord.
I have a plea to ask you Lord, I ask it not for me. My children are so wonderful. I must ask your help for them. Please grant this large request O' Lord. I beg you to fullfil this prayer, for my children to live life to the full.
I thank you for your love Lord. Your love is so magnificent and complete. I ask the same for my children. Let them know your love, that they can share their love with you. Bless them Lord with the power of your love.
Thank you for your grace Lord. You are a very gracious and merciful Lord. Grace is my wish for my children. Help them to know the value, the peace that grace can give. The purity of life with grace. Show them how to be gracious in all they do, everywhere they go and in all they achieve.
Thank you for the truth Lord. You Word is your truth. I wish for truth in my children. Truth is righteousness, integrity comes with truth. Nothing is higher in honour than to live life with truth and integrity. This I ask Lord so they my walk by your side, with their heads and hearts held high.
Lord you have shown me the power of fear. I wish my children to have the fear of God, so they may stay on the path of righteousness. Yet show them there is no virtue in worldly fear. There is nothing on earth to fear, if they have you in their hearts Lord. Give them the fear of righteousness, the strength to overcome, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Thank you Lord for the hope in my heart. You have given me hope for the life I live, and the lives my children will live. I wish for my children to have hope in life. Fill their young souls with your hope Lord. So they may strive to reach high and have the hope to gain their goals.
Thank you for my children Lord. You have blessed me ten fold. I have faith that you will teach and guide them, all through their lives. Please help them to have faith. Faith in you Lord. That is my greatest wish. Give them the faith that your Word is indeed truth, that your love is indeed full and powerful. Give them faith that you will provide all that they will require.
Thank you Lord for the wisdom, Thank you for the knowledge, You have shared with me all these years. I ask you to share that same wisdom, that same knowledge, with my children. So they can serve you with a full heart. So they can live without foolishness and greed. Show them the wise path to take. Make them wise Lord. Please make them wise.
My last request Lord is the hardest for me. Show them the power in humility. To keep their pride in check. Show them the blessings of serving and giving. Of being lower than your fellow man. Show then there is no shame in love, no shame in washing someones feet. Show them the joy that there is in humbly serving others. To be humble in all that they do.
I am still young Lord. This I know. I am still a child myself. I struggle each and everyday to reach you Lord. Life here on earth is a huge struggle to stay in your light. I have faith in your Word, I have faith in your love. Yet the struggle is endless. A struggle it may be but it is a fight shared with many Christians here on earth. It is only Your Word Lord that helps us make it through.
I know my children will have the same struggle as I. I only ask Dear Lord. that you help them along the way. Carry them when they fall. Dry their tears when they have sorrow. You will be with them all of their lives. I know I only have them on lone. That one day they will be on their own, with you by their side.
Thank You Jesus for my children. Thank you for the time you have given me with them. Thank you for blessing me with their love and with your most gracious heart. Thank you Lord for the honour to raise your children. Thank you Jesus for lifes most precious gifts. The love of my children, and the love of having you in my life. I am and always will be Your humble servant.
