The Warehouse of Life

Our life is just a Warehouse storing diaries of our life.

He, our Maker, is the Keeper of this Warehouse, so handle it with care,

For this Chronicle will be our evidence when, on that Final Judgement Day,

He has it there before him. I wonder what he will say.

My life has been a mish mash of good and bad alike,

As I trod with faltering footsteps down the stoney pathway of my life.

For years I turned my back on Him in anger and turmoil.

Full of bitterness and hate to those who caused me pain.

My heart is in a torment still eaten with my hate,

How can I ask forgiveness with all this bitterness and distaste?

I know He is forgiving, He proved that on the Cross.

My Lord I do beseech you to wipe my clean slate of life.
